"Celebrating the Swan Range!" Photo Exhibit
August 25 - September 5

The Bigfork Museum of Art and History and Swan View Coalition are co-hosting "Celebrating the Swan Range," a photographic exhibition, August 25 - September 5. Photographs taken of and in northwest Montana's Swan Mountain Range will be for sale to benefit the art of photography and Swan Range conservation.

An opening reception will be held at the Museum on
August 25, 5:30 - 7:30 pm.

Those viewing the exhibit are invited to vote for eight People's Choice Awards to be awarded at the close of the show for best in each of four categories in both the amateur and professional divisions. Jury Awards will be acknowledged during the show and can be previewed by viewing the
Swan View Coalition's "Summer 2009" Newsletter
.


The exhibit is a part of the nonprofit Swan View Coalition's 25th Anniversary conserving quiet habitat for fish, wildlife and people in the Swan Range. It is intended to foster greater public appreciation of the Swan Range and the many ways it enriches our lives.

The Museum is located at 525 Electric Avenue in Bigfork and
is open 10 - 5, Tuesday - Saturday.
