A third federal judge has now ruled that the government broke the law when it abandoned Flathead Forest Plan requirements that roads must be fully reclaimed and culverts removed to lower road densities to protect grizzly bears and bull trout. And a half-dozen illegal user-created trails in Krause Basin have now been blocked and reclaimed.
